Once you create an account, the Florida CAM Help client portal operates on a step-by-step basis.

Pre-Approval – The first stage begins with submitting your association for pre-approval. Once pre-approved, the underwriting stage will be activated.
Underwriting & Progression – As you move through the four stages, you’ll have the ability to upload necessary documentation and communicate directly with your loan officer or regional director.

To begin, click the link below to access the Pre-Approval form and checklist.

Download the form and complete it as thoroughly as possible.
Pay close attention to all items marked in red—these are required for pre-approval.
Once you create an account, upload the completed Pre-Approval form in Stage One.
Ensure all fields are filled out to receive a Term Sheet.

Following these steps will help streamline the process and ensure a smooth progression.
