Once the quote is accepted, the loan application is processed and reviewed. • A Notice of Meeting should be distributed to unit owners outlining the scope of work and proposed financing • Upon approval, a Term Sheet will be issued
Before closing, the board will request the initial draw amount for construction. • Funds are disbursed as needed throughout the project • This phased approach ensures efficient use of resources and cost control
